Description: We are US based looking to outsource our requirement of HR Service. We are looking for Employee Recruitment Service. The duration of the contract is 1 year with an option to renew for 4 additional one year periods.

Scope:
1. Provide sufficient personnel, knowledge, and experience required to maintain an appropriate level of professionalism and coverage for performance of requirements outlined herein
2. Provide a list of proposed personnel with resumes specifying qualifications and relevant experience
3. Process used to arrange for interviews to include a complete travel and accommodation
4. Advertising methods and list targeted publications used to recruit prospective employees.

This is an on shore and offsite tender. Interested service providers are requested to contact no later than August, 11, 2011 by courier, post or email. Service providers may have to visit our premises for meetings or briefings. Please refer the attachment for more details.
